Shipping Policy

We currently ship to Australian addresses only.

Orders placed during the Black Friday Sale will be processed from Thursday 24th November and will be dispatched ASAP thereafter.

Due to a high volume of orders placed during our Black Friday Sale, please allow for up to 10 business days to receive your dispatch information. Once your order has been dispatched, you can track your order via email notification.

Order Tracking During Black Friday

This is the busiest time of the year for participating couriers. Once your order has been dispatched, there may be delays within the Australia Post and/or courier networks. Therefore, scanning event tracking updates may be delayed by up to 48 hours. 

Our warehouse team will also be working extended hours to ensure your package arrives as soon as possible, and we appreciate your understanding and patience during this busy period.

Orders are usually dispatched within 2 business days, and are delivered by Australia Post or courier.

We will email you as soon as your order is ready for shipment with more information on tracking your parcel, and delivery usually takes an additional 2-5 business days after dispatch from the warehouse.

Please note that Pending status indicates that your order is being prepared for dispatch. Scanning events will update as soon as your order is collected by the Australia Post/Courier.

You will receive your tracking information when your shipping label is printed at our warehouse. Your order will be picked and scanned out of our warehouse by the courier. Your tracking link might say “invalid” or “Pending” – this is completely normal. It may take up to 48 hours for tracking information to update.

Due to the volume of orders leaving our warehouse, some couriers take parcels to their sorting facilities to undergo initial scans. This is why it may take up to 48 hours for your tracking information to update.

Delivery is free for orders over $100. For orders under this amount, a flat $10 fee applies for delivery to anywhere in Australia.

As your order may be delivered by courier, we cannot send to PO Boxes or Parcel Lockers.

Please choose your purchase carefully as Libertine Parfumerie will not be able to accept returns on sale items or if you simply change your mind.

In the unlikely event you receive a faulty item, or a product that you have not ordered please email within five days of receiving your parcel.

Please use your invoice number as a reference and any contact email or phone numbers so that we can discuss the issue and return. Once we advise that a purchase may be returned we will issue you with a returns approval authorisation.

Items being returned must be in the original condition and packaging they were sent.

Returns must be received within 14 days from confirmation of the returns approval. Please include your invoice with your return and any refunds will be credited to the original method of payment.

Returns and Exchanges

Libertine Parfumerie hopes that you will be delighted with your order. However, if the product is faulty* we are happy to offer a refund, exchange or replacement on all goods returned to us within seven days of receipt of your goods. Unfortunately, we do not offer refunds for a change of mind! 

Please follow any product instructions carefully, as we cannot refund or replace items damaged by misuse or mishandling.

*Faulty products are products which have been manufactured incorrectly, and do not include products damaged by misuse or mishandling. Please contact us if you believe your product has been delivered with faults so we can advise eligibility for refund.
