Silver Blue

I love this fragrance. It was sprayed in the box of a recent order and loved the smell so much I ordered a full bottle, and used the tester that came with it to be sure.

The initial spray and the spices is unusual in that it’s fresh and spicy, but the caramel notes and eventually the oakmoss/patchouli base make for a sophisticated and I find comforting fragrance throughout the day. I find it slightly masculine (but definitely not in a generic mass-produced masculine fragrance way) in its dry down but it could be worn easily by any gender. I feel it’s a very unique fragrance that you won’t smell on every 3rd or 5th person, which is why I love it.

It could be a bit overpowering if spraying too much, and based on feedback from others, longevity is good - someone said I smelt good in the early afternoon, although my nose had stopped smelling most of it by then.

This surprised me! Received as a sample from Libertine with a different order, didn't expect much given I'm not a fan of fresh/"blu" fragrances, but this is a caramel woody amber that is fairly linear, but addictive. Amouage levels of projection and sillage. Give it a try first, but highly recommended!
