Finding the right perfume isn't always easy. That’s why we’ve created Perfume Guarantee, the fuss-free way to exchange your perfume if you're not completely satisfied with your online purchase.
How it works
- We’ll include a matching perfume sample alongside your full-size perfume purchase (30ml or larger).
- If, after trying your sample, you decide the Perfume is not for you, simply let us know by starting your Perfume Guarantee exchange here.
- Our customer care team will respond to your request within 3 business days of submission, detailing next steps, including information on where to return your perfume.
To be eligible
Your perfume must be unopened and remain sealed in its original packaging (exchanges will not be considered where packaging has been damaged or compromised and where there is evidence that the cello-wrap (where applicable) has been opened and resealed).
- Perfume to be returned must be 30ml or larger
- Any associated Gift With Purchase must be returned along with your exchange
- No returns on sale items or Outlet items
- Libertine online orders only

Yes! You can exchange your perfume for another Perfume of equal or greater value. If there is a remaining balance, we will email you an invoice for the outstanding amount.
Unfortunately, we do not cover the cost of Perfume Guarantee returns.
No, Perfume Guarantee exchange is valid once per online order. Therefore, a matching sample is not included with your replacement perfume.
Returned goods must be unopened and remain sealed in its original packaging (exchanges will not be considered where packaging has been damaged or compromised and where there is evidence that the cellophane wrapping (where applicable) has been opened and resealed).
- Domestic orders only (Australia-wide), no returns accepted on International orders.
- 30-day return policy.
- Full-size perfumes only — 30ml or larger.
- You may only exchange for another full-size perfume. Sorry, no candles, travel sprays etc.
- Maximum of one exchange per order number.
- Nominated exchange perfume must be a min. equal value of return perfume.
- Unavailable during storewide sale periods.
- No refunds offered. Exchange only.
Condition of Goods
Validity of exchange is incumbent on the safe return of goods. Please ensure that your goods are appropriately packed, safeguarding the integrity of the product as well as the packaging. Goods must be returned damage-free and remain sealed in original cellophane wrapping with any seal stickers remaining sealed and untampered with. Failure to comply will result in your Perfume Guarantee exchange being voided.
