Etoile was inspired by the ladies of Provence who wore brooches known as "Stars of Digne", which were lucky charms.
Top notes: bergamot, lemon, ginger and apple.
Heart notes: gardenia, jasmine, lily of the valley (muguet).
Base notes: cedarwood, amber and musk.

Beautiful perfume
I bought a small bottle of Etoile while visiting the Fragonard distillery in Paris in December 2017. I liked it so much so looked on the internet to see how I could buy some more and have it sent to me in Australia. I was thrilled when I found a company, Libertine, who sell it, so ordered a 60ml bottle about two years ago. I was doubly thrilled when with my order I received several samples of other delicious perfumes. I am now about to order another 60ml bottle of Etoile.

FOR MY WIFE, VIOLA
My wife, Viola, visited France in 2016, Fragonard and really liked Etoile. I (David) kept note of that and have just bought it for my wife's 60th birthday. We are not perfume experts, so have simply entered midpoint option descriptions.
