I absolutely love this fragrance and the company as a whole, this was my second time ordering from the company. Whilst I am very happy with the product I was a little let down with the service this time around as compared to my first, which was ultimately the reason I had decided to shop with libertine again.

My first ever order with the company I received 3 samples of my own choice, scented packaging and a hand written letter with my purchase. This time around I was not as fortunate receiving two random samples and no matching sample with my full bottle as promised/guaranteed, no letter and no scented packaging etc.

I understand this mightn’t seem like a huge deal and that it was flat out over black friday sales, but I thought i’d share my opinion and thoughts. Being a fragrance geek it’s not always the good price that brings us back, but rather the service and community as a whole.
