Intense Cafe

This perfume was a blind buy for me but it turned into one of my favourite perfumes. This is a thoroughly modern and decidedly **** rose scent. The coffee isn’t the most prominent overall, acting more as a softening element to the rose. It dries down as an amber floral that’s sweet without being saccharine. In can have reasonable projection if sprayed liberally, and can linger even after a shower or after clothes have been washed. For fans of rose perfumes, it’s worth noting that this isn’t a traditional rose water scent - it’s sweeter and more intense, and doesn’t have the powdery musk notes of rose water.

Also a note on the sexiness - I think this has been complimented every time I’ve worn it on a date. I’ve even had a man politely open the door for me when walking in to a bar, only for him come in after me and say “I don’t want to be creepy, but you smell *really* good.”

I never tire of this luscious scent. While coffee is present, it intermingles with rose in a way that does not feel floral. There is something almost chocolatey in this fragrance but it does not feel sweet so much as a tremendous balancing of notes. It's strong with exceptional longevity and reasonable sillage. Tried it on a whim and was instantly impressed. Of all my fragrances it's one of my faves. I never tire of this fragrance.

Incredible Perfume that has strong notes of rose and an intense strength (as described). It is not for the faint-hearted, but a bold, beautiful romantic scent. Great customer service from Libertine, with some little samples included. Many thanks team!

This perfume leads with a coffee/ chocolate scent, but dries down to let the rose shine through. Gets lots of compliments.
