A beautiful rose-oud scent.

More Than Words, is a gorgeous rose-oud scent that opens with fruity, floral, and spicy facets - I can detect distinct rose, plum, and amber notes - before settling to a spicy, rosy oud accord. These notes have been blended masterfully to create a completely unisex offering. It’s exceptionally powerful, with room-filling projection and excellent sillage in the first four to five hours. Overall, it lasted 26 hours on my skin, even after having a shower!

Too much going on?

Hmm. I may have finally come across a Xerjoff scent that doesn’t float my boat. This is VERY fruity on first spray. And that intense fruitiness sticks around for a LONG time. Projection is enormous - you only need to spray the tiniest amount. In fact I had to wash (intensely scrub) this off and start again as it was giving me a headache. I am puzzled by a previous reviewer describing this as soft and not “in your face” as it is incredibly powerful and very much in your face. Would not consider this blind buy safe.
