Description

Harvested for its strongly aromatic leaves, black tea is known for its stimulating virtues. The leaves are oxidized and turned into ‘black tea’, a process invented by the British in the XIX century. Once infused into hot water, the solution sends out a comforting woody vapour.

Lovely Scent

If you love the smell of tea, you will love this candle. I could smell it even before opening the box but it isn't a super, hard on the nose scent. Carriere Freres are known for their quality and scent and once again, doesn't disappoint.

My favorite candle!

Nice fragrance, very soothing and unique and not replaceable for me.

Diffusibility is great, wax melted evenly.

A must for tea drinkers

A powerful scent of black tea with a milky, soapy, sappy sort of green undertone. It is one of my favourite Carriere Freres candles, alongside Cedar and Cypress. If you're a tea drinker, I think this is a must.
