Poor Communication
Almost two weeks ago I received my order #106046 and contacted you regarding a broken Ormonde Man travel spray and two Montabaco Verano sprays that were underfilled. I promptly returned the affected items as requested.
Since then, I haven’t received any update or confirmation regarding a replacement or refund — only an automated email asking how I’m enjoying my purchase, which is disappointing given that the products were returned.
Could you please provide an update on the status of my return and advise when I can expect this to be resolved?
