Libertine Samples

I think you guys are doing great, you have made fragrance research really easy for me.

However my last purchases have had some frustration included.

I purchase samples often as I’m trying to build a great niche fragrance collection and your business model facilitates this perfectly. Over my last 3 libertine sample purchases I received additional hand picked additions to compliment my selection.

Two purchases in a row I received the same samples and on the next purchase I received the same two samples in the one order.

I understand that there would have been a big rush to get the. Orders out after Xmas but 2 of the exact same samples in my order is entirely redundant. I have also received what I would call c additional fragrances to “compliment” my selections.

I purchase often from you and I’d like to continue to do so. Please select high end S tier fragrances to compliment my selections in the future.

my goodness!!! this care and detail oozes from every aspect of the package i received. it’s exactly the experience you want when trying luxury perfumes - as if i was in the store being attended to! the packing paper is beautifully scented, the samples are carefully wrapped and the cloth bag is lovely addition that makes everything feel all the more complete. the perfume samples are absolutely stunning, and the surprise picks are perfectly suited to my tastes. the inclusion of a 7.5ml juliette has a gun perfume blew me away because i was NOT expecting that! this feels honestly more like a gift than a purchase! and i can see myself ordering many more times for friends, family, and definitely myself. very impressive to elevate the experience of buying perfume samples to such a height! thank you to those who packed my order - you can tell this business is driven by a real passion for fragrance. much love

A lot of care and attention to detail has gone into these samples, the packaging, labelling was all first class. For me when you are spending multiple hundreds of dollars on perfumes you need to make sure they work for you in the long term. A quick squirt in the store does them no justice. So I'm always happy to be able to pick a few ones that sound interesting and try them out over a couple of days.

Great service and absolutely loved the mystery sample also.

Great product , the sample choices that they chose for me were really good and I ended up finding some I really liked.
