Is it Scandal ?

Scandal enjoys very favourable reviews as a top 10 barbershop fragrance- a genre I love. Whilst I get a general whiff I don’t get any punch and no compliments . It’s fruity opening mellows to a soapy dry down but it altogether a bit mild for me given its price . In a different genre, Enigma is amazing and a one of its kind
