Oak moss forward right off the bat. Similar in some aspects to Aramis, but with a bit of soapy cleanliness and without the dirty leather.

Nostalgia in a bottle
Nostalgic. Masculine. Slightly Macho. Reminiscent of other 80s fragrances but slightly more complex. Similar to Chanel Pour Monsieur. Its actually a very nice fragrance but most suited to older gentlemen, hence only 3 stars from me.

A old favourite!
I have loved this Floris classic since 1981. There is nothing 'quite like it' in my view, and it frequently receives complements. You must allow it to settle for a little while (as with all fragrances, I guess). Look at other reviews for descriptors as I am hopeless with the 'language' of fragrance desciptors.
