This citrus fruit has been cultivated for 3,000 years and belongs to the Rutaceae family. Originating in Kashmir, it was first brought to Europe via the Muslim conquests of the Middle Ages and the Portuguese and Spaniards later began planting it in the Americas.

Characterised by its acidity, the lemon is today recognised for its many medicinal properties and its fresh, invigorating fragrance.

A new home accessory, Carrière Frères’ botanical palets are scented-wax objects ideal to perfume a wardrobe or drawer. A new addition to the brand’s olfactory collection, each palet is entirely hand-made in the house’s workshops.

Each box contains 2 wax palets.

Michael Edwards Fragrance Wheel

Developed by esteemed fragrance expert Michael Edwards, the Fragrance Wheel divides scents into 4 different families – Floral, Ambery, Woods and Fresh, containing a total of 14 subfamilies.

All perfumes have a place on the Fragrance Wheel depending on their olfactive properties. By identifying your favourite families, you can easily discover new fragrances that you'll enjoy.
