SELECTING YOUR SAMPLES
1. Select up to 5 samples from the tick box options at the checkout.
2. Select up to 4 samples from the tick box options at the checkout, plus 1 custom selection. Enter your custom selection in the ‘Choose One of my Own’ text field.
3. If you can’t decide, check the ‘Surprise Me’ tick box and we’ll select your samples for you.
To be eligible for complimentary sampling, orders must contain at least 1 qualifying product. The following products do not qualify for complimentary sampling: Libertine Samples, Libertine Fragrance Sample Sets, Online Masterclasses, On-Demand Masterclasses, In-Store Events, eGift Cards.
Brands & Collections
The following brands and collections do not qualify for custom sampling: Roja Parfums, Clive Christian, Creed Les Royales Exclusives Collection, Attars by Amouage, House of Oud, Noeme. Please note that room sprays are not availble for custom sampling.
Complimentary sampling is subject to change during sale periods. Sale periods include, but are not limited to, our annual Birthday Sale and Black Friday Sale. During sale periods, samples are selected at our discretion, are not customisable, and are subject to the terms of the sale. Samples can include 1-2ml perfume, bath & body sachets, mini soap, wax cameo or any other sample-sized item. Samples are chosen at Libertine’s discretion and cannot be customised.
Libertine Parfumerie reserves the right to fulfil sample requests based on product availability at its discretion.

II. FREE GIFT(S)
The Free Gift(s) values are based on the recommended retail prices in Australia on February 24, 2022. We accept no responsibility for any change in prize value on the date the prize is redeemed.
III. CLAIMING THE FREE GIFT(S)
Your Free Gift(s) with purchase will be automatically added to your online order. No code needed. Any part of the Free Gift(s) may be replaced with something of similar value or specification if it is unavailable or out of stock. Your Free Gift(s) is not transferable, saleable, or redeemable for cash, credit or equivalent. You must comply with all terms and conditions of use of the Free Gift(s).
IV. DISRUPTION TO PROMOTION
If, for any reason, this Promotion is interfered with in any way or is not capable of being conducted as planned due to unforeseen circumstances, including where such circumstance corrupts or affects the administration, security, fairness or integrity or proper conduct of this Promotion, we may, to the fullest extent permitted by law: subject to regulatory approval, cancel, modify, or reschedule the Promotion, as appropriate. These Terms and Conditions of Use apply to all eGift Cards issued by Libertine Parfumerie after 22 February 2022.
1. eGift Card Redemption & Exclusions
Except for the exclusions listed in paragraph 1.2 (Exclusions) below, once loaded with value your eGift Card may be redeemed for purchases online at libertineparfumerie.com.au.
eGift Cards cannot be used to purchase eGift Cards or other tender.
2. Online eGift Card purchases
2.1 eGift Cards can be purchased from libertineparfumerie.com.au.
Pay for your eGift Card value with any major credit card or PayPal listed on our shopping cart page. You may also use Afterpay as a method of payment. Payment using an eGift Card is not accepted. The transaction will be completed when the eGift Card is activated and loaded with value.There may be a delay with the eGift Card activating in the system once loaded. During this delay, the eGift Card cannot be used for purchases.
3. Using your eGift Card
3.1 Making a purchase with your eGift Card
Your eGift Card may only be used to make purchases via libertineparfumerie.com.au. You CANNOT use eGift Card in Libertine Parfumerie retail stores.
Your eGift Card may only be used to make purchases up to the initial eGift Card value or the Remaining eGift Card Value. If you wish to make a purchase for an amount that exceeds the eGift Card value or the remaining eGift Card value, you must pay the excess using another payment method. No change will be given for any remaining eGift Card value. The remaining eGift Card value may be used in whole or part against future purchases until the eGift Card expires.
3.2 Exchanging items purchased with an eGift Card
Goods that are purchased solely, or in part with an eGift Card may be exchanged or returned subject to Libertine Parfumerie exchange and returns policy.
3.3 No cash advances
Libertine Parfumerie eGift Cards are not legal tender, account cards, credit or debit cards. You cannot obtain any cash advance with your eGift Card, redeem your eGift Card for cash or receive any portion of the remaining eGift Card value in cash.
3.4 Can I exchange my eGift Card?
You cannot exchange your eGift Card for a different denomination or type of eGift Card or for another tender, cash or discount.
4. Expiry, cancellation and re-issue of eGift Cards
There is a 3 year expiry date on Libertine Parfumerie eGift Cards, or until no amount remains on the Gift Card. Any balance that remains on the Gift Card after expiry will not be available for use. eGift Cards cannot be cancelled once they are issued except if their value is used. We reserve the right to correct the balance of your eGift Card if we believe that a clerical or accounting error has occurred.
5. Lost or stolen eGift Cards & your responsibility
We accept no Liability for errors in the email address provided to us at purchase of an eGift Card. We assume no Liability for the loss, theft or illegibility of eGift Cards. In the event of fraud, an attempt at deception or in the event of the suspicion of other illegal activities in connection with the redemption of eGift Cards on libertineparfumerie.com.au, we are entitled to close your Account and/or require a different means of payment. Gift Cards should be treated like cash. Lost or stolen cards will not be replaced or refunded. Your gift card cannot be reloaded and no refunds, store credits or cash will be provided for unused balances.

For item(s) paid by both eGift card and credit card, you will be refunded on your credit card up to the amount of your initial card payment and the remaining amount will be refunded to your eGift Card as store credit.
If, for any reason, this program is interfered with in any way or is not capable of being conducted as planned due to unforeseen circumstances, we reserve the right to change these conditions at any time and will provide at least 14 days’ notice by posting the changes on this website. Perfume Guarantee: Please note that orders placed during the Birthday Sale period are not eligible for Perfume Guarantee exchange. Therefore, a matching Perfume Guarantee sample is not included in your order.
Complimentary Samples: During the Sale a total of three (3) pre-selected samples are added to your order. Samples can include 1-2ml perfume, bath & body sachet, wax cameo or any other sample-sized item. Samples are chosen at random and cannot be customised.
Gifts with Purchase: Gifts with Purchase are unavailable during the Birthday Sale period.
Discounts and Vouchers: Additional vouchers, codes of promos cannot be applied in place of, or in addition to, the automatic Birthday Sale 15% discount.
Shipping: Free shipping for online orders over $100.
A flat rate shipping fee of $10 applies to all online orders under $100. Total order value determined after 15% discount applied.
During the sale, we aim to dispatch orders as swiftly as possible. However, due to an increased number of orders during this time, please expect minor delays to processing and shipping times.
Rest assured, we are working hard to ship your order as quickly as we can. You’ll receive a tracking notification as soon as your order is on the move and all orders once dispatched are sent by Australia Express Post. LOCAL DELIVERY ZONE
Addresses located within a 15-kilometre radius of our Rosebery warehouse qualify for Local Delivery. The Local Delivery option will be made available to eligible addresses at the checkout. An Expected Delivery Window will be generated for your order.
LOCAL DELIVERY CUT-OFF TIME Orders placed before 2pm Monday-Friday qualify for Local Delivery. Local Delivery orders received after 2pm will be delivered the following day. Local Delivery orders received after 2pm on Fridays will be delivered the following Monday, or next business day.
CARRIERS & DELIVERY PARTNERS
Local Delivery uses the following partners: Uber, Door Dash, Yellow, Sherpa, Zoom2u.
Delivery fee applies and is determined by the carrier. The Local Delivery algorithm locates the nearest available driver, calculating the lowest fee available. Delivery fee is generated at the checkout and is itemised in addition to your total order value.
You will be notified by SMS as soon as your driver has collected your order, with a delivery ETA provided. If the driver fails to collect a job a new driver will be assigned as above. In this case, delivery fee is recalculated and a new Expected Delivery Window generated. Please note that Local Delivery drivers do not have Authority to Leave your order. If no one is available to meet the driver, the driver will attempt to contact the receiver directly. Failure to meet the driver or respond to the driver’s call will result in the job being cancelled and returned to the original place of dispatch.
