Libertine's Perfume Guarantee 

Your perfume must be unopened and in its original packaging, and you must return it within 30 days of receipt. You must also have your choice of exchange selected, and notify us using the form below.

You may also only exchange your full-size fragrance for another full-sized fragrance. Sorry, no candles or travel sprays!

For the Perfume Guarantee only, full size is defined as 30ml or larger.

Please take care when returning your goods. Your exchange will only be considered upon the safe return of your original order. Items should be packed safely and securely, be damage-free —including exterior packaging— and must arrive back to us in resalable condition.

Perfumes discounted as part of any Libertine storewide sale DO NOT qualify for Perfume Guarantee exchange. Brands, collections and products that are selected for discount may be discounted to clear and are also not covered by Perfume Guarantee. A total of one exchange is permitted per qualifying order.

Yes! For exchanges of higher value than your return we will send a balance invoice to you for online payment. For exchanges of lower value, the difference will be made available as an online store credit. 

Absolutely! We also offer Sample Sets if you would like to try other fragrances.

Unfortunately we do not cover the cost of returns delivery.

Libertine's Perfume Guarantee applies to full-size perfume purchases. The following products are excluded:

• Vahy and House of Oud
• Amouage Attars
• Gift Sets, Travel Sprays, Discovery Sets & Sample Sets
• Candles, Diffusers, Bath & Body, Masterclasses, Skincare, and other products which aren't a full-size bottle of perfume
